convenient and many eatery The service boy's attitute was a bit unpleasant as we had asked a favour to cater a family van to Genting Highlands, and in the end, he only managed to give us a small taxi and so we have to squeeze into a small taxi as a family of 5. Agoda provide me a very good experience of booking a hotel in KL especially in those near china town area. The room is guite clean and tidy and the entire espically near to shopping mall so it is very convinent. The food there is also very perfect and we all enjoy staying there. the buffet breakfast also extremely excellent
Shopping Tip : We enjoyed a great bargain and good expenses in china town.

Short walk to LRT Plaza Rakyat station, Chinatown, and Puduraya bus terminal. This hotel is comfortable, enjoyed my stay at this hotel.

Clean room, great bed, propmt services (front office, concierge, security), good spread of breakfast Bathtub needs upgrading, shorter waiting time from Room Service (waited nearly 45mins), no bathmat in room Great location, room & service! Check-in was prompt and fuss-free for our 6am arrival. Front office was diligent and smiley though she was on the night shift. Room was great with the right features, but would appreciate more TV channels. Liked the fact that the room is equipped with iron & board and stocked with mineral waters.
