The bathroom looks worn out, low water pressure, the hairdryer attd is not working. bathtub stained. no hot bathing water. Receptionist not keen to process during checkin, maybe she is tired.

Hotel in prime location of Chinatown
The staff of the hotel are very friendly and polite

Although they have upgraded us to Superior room, the room size is still small. The furniture is old (the wardrobe is faulty). They will also need to improve their cleanliness as we found small cockroaches in the room.
They do not have much variety for their buffet breakfast, will recommend not to have breakfast in the hotel.

A very pleasant hotel located near pasar malam. Check in was smooth. Hotel staff were friendly. Likely to be my future destinated hotel if dropping by at KL again.
Shopping Tip:
Pasar malam item were all over priced. Prepare your bargaining skill should you see any item of your liking. Food along the pasar malam were good!

Lovely hotel, great location and decent room size
Easy check in and a good clear lobby where there are friendly guards stationed. Room is comfortable and faces the city view where we get to see lovely night scenes around the hotel.

Comfortable room, we got two single beds which were spacious and lovely bed linen. Near access to 24-hrs Macdonald across the street, with other local foods around. Near shopping malls too. Would love to stay there again in future trips.
Nightlife Tip:
Vibrant, we can see views from our rooms that there are good crowds still having their meals and waiting around for their coaches near the bus terminal.

The location of the Hotel is greatefull at the middle of the town nearby Chinatown. Foods along Chinatown is so great and delicious. Night shopping at Chinatown and enjoy assorted local foods is so great.
Shopping Tip:
Shopping at Chinatown need to know how to bargain, at least need to reduce 40% of the list price.

Very pleasant stay with nice environment.
Good location. Very close to Petaling Street shopping and good public transport just around the corner.

We enjoyed our stay. With the convenience of public transport, it was very easy to move around Kuala Lumpur. Enjoyed the breakfast in a pleasant environment. The room was quiet even though it is situated in the busy city centre. Will book in again and recommend to relatives and friends.

Very pleasant stay indeed. The location is fantastic. Public transport is just a minute away and we can go anyway without being worried about too late at night. Petaling Street is just around the corner, shops and foodstalls are everywhere. Will definitely come back to stay. Strongly recommended to anyone.
