I recommend this hotel for those who like to stay nearby petaling street. This hotel location near to Pudu Raya Central, Monorail Plaza Rakyat and petaling street. It also provides shuttle bus to bukit bintang and KLCC. You have to check the schedule and register with receptionist. The hotel room is big space, clean and free wifi.

Ideal location for accessibility to KL central city. Full of foodstuff and souvenirs China Town (Petaling Street) is within 5-minute walking distance. Room is clean and staff are very helpful and always with friendly smile; a good cheer-up for any occupant in the morning and whole day!
In addition, a crucial bus terminal is just 3-minute walk away! A very good hotel recommendable for outstation travellers, especially those using buses/coaches to reach KL.
Nightlife Tip:
When night falls, do not miss the China Town (Petaling Street) venture! China Town is just 5-minute walk away from Ancasa Hotel & Spa!!!

Great hotel with strategic location

The hotel is strategically located in the heart of city. Near to Puduraya bus terminal and places to visit like China Town, Masjid Jamek, Dataran Merdeka etc. The hotel provided free shuttle bus to KLCC twice a day. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful, always with smiling face. However, the air-conditioning is not really that cold and it's centralised. We feel a bit warm inside the room.

We stayed here for the 2nd time thinking it will have similar services as we enjoyed the first time. But, this time our room was not cleaned, I still have to request for more cleaning as I feel the dust around the old and worn out carpet. I doubt if it was a superior room but the person at the counter whom I got to know was a trainee from the Philippines said it was a superior room. Nevertheless, she requested the housekeeping to clean and made some rearrangement of our 2 single beds, but that trainee was not polite and feels arrogant. I don't like her.

Great location but room is small
Great location , near to China town , convenient for shopping , eating.

we checked in after our arrival at 4pm. we are lucky to be upgraded to a delux room. the room is nice. but it is not sound proof. we can hear the next door showering sound early in the morning.
we only stay for a night, we choose this hotel because of its location, convenient to shopping and transport. we had a good time shopping and eating at china town which is at the neighbourhood.

China town shopping , lots of things to buy and lots of nice food around

The process of check in/check out is fast.All the hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful. The room is big, comfortable with great facilities. Unbeatable price for hotel with 3/4 Stars rated.Sure will come back again!
