the hotel is ideally located in the middle of major transportation station vis a vis bus station and lrt station. the hotel 3 stars room is acceptable considering the amnities provided such as the lcd tv, ironing board for example. the breakfast provided also give much choices with local delicacies and western food

nice clean room, bed was super comfy. location to chinatown and the transport network is one of the best features here. only problems faced was that the safety deposit box was not working and reception could not fix it (locked by the previous occupants). there was also a leak from the toilet that left the bathroom floor wet, but overall these were extremely minor things.
great hotel, staff are always friendly and efficient and willing to help when asked questions.

i had a hopeless encounter with their wifi system and it really can anger any person who really needs wifi for some personal reason. i had to go down in the lobby for access internet and the 2 last days i could not even connect in the lobby. i was promised a service professional will come help me every day, 3 times a day for 5 days but no help ever come. this was so because i called 3 times a day complaining about it... in the end i left there with a smile anyway because i had a good time there anyway with my wife but if i was alone i sure would newer live there 5 days without internet. the hotel are good and if they upgrade their wifi i will go there again some day if i can. the cards that opens the rooms was also a bit low quality so we had problems open the doors sometimes and problems use the elevators also sometimes as they was card activated...

located at a very convenient spot,next to china town, rooms were nice and clean. very near to rakyat tube station so commuting was a breeze. rooms were nice and clean and breakfast was excellent.

i stayed with superior room, with non-smoking room. staff was friendly to arrange my requested room. location was good it is near chinatown and puduraya lrt station.

overall is ok only the water heater takes time to get hot.
the location is convinient as its near to chinatown
and they have shuttle to klcc which is an added value.

Good Location Hotel

stay was ok. they did not provide me room in smoke free area, though requested. hotel is at very good location. i parked my car in hotel basement care park and went daily for few days to klcc, by taking lrt train from nearby plaza takyat station. very convenient as going in car would need to pay parking fee for whole day at klcc and also huge traffic jams. hotel's internet wi-fi signal was too low in my room and on second day, it was not working at all (in whole hotel as i was told). also there was no warm water in the bathroom shower on the first day. 2nd day and third day it was available.
Shopping Tip:
china town is just next to the hotel and buying souveneers from there for outstation people and travellors is very cheap. my friend bought some kl t-shirts at only rm 5 per t shirt.

Great location but small rooms
Hotel location is great @ city center, China Town. Easy access to go KLCC, Bukit Bintan, Sungei Wang, Petaling Street

i was stayed at this hotel for 3d2n with my family. especially, i choosed to stay at this hotel due to great location. you can easy to go around city sightseeing like klcc, bukit bintan, sungei want around 10mins by car. for those who loves shopping, then you can go petaling street just nearby hotel walking distance. the room is ok, but smelly. but, hotel staffs are friendly and the best thing is that you can use wifi at your room. then, hotel have complementary city tour either klcc or bukit bintan at morning time.
overall, our family have enjoyable holiday in kul while stayed at ancasa hotel.
