convenience to everywhere including cable car, strawberry farm, horse farm, etc. the hotel having a multi-level car park and have no worried on parking space. huge swimming pool where and a lot of fun for kids too.
Restaurant Tip:
attractive breakfast and have indian foods, chinese porridge, and nasi lemak which good for all race and nice foods. there is also a lot of space and have give good impression on restorant cleaness.

Good location next to the bus terminal

great value for money, clean rooms with nice deco for that price. nothing to complain about, very convenient as the bus terminal is just next door, also the lrt is within 5 mins walk. very close to chinatown with lots of local food around. there is also a convcenient stall just down the street. starbucks and mcd is just opposite. within walking distance to dataran merdeka.

the hotel is ideally located in the middle of major transportation station vis a vis bus station and lrt station. the hotel 3 stars room is acceptable considering the amnities provided such as the lcd tv, ironing board for example. the breakfast provided also give much choices with local delicacies and western food

nice clean room, bed was super comfy. location to chinatown and the transport network is one of the best features here. only problems faced was that the safety deposit box was not working and reception could not fix it (locked by the previous occupants). there was also a leak from the toilet that left the bathroom floor wet, but overall these were extremely minor things.
great hotel, staff are always friendly and efficient and willing to help when asked questions.

i had a hopeless encounter with their wifi system and it really can anger any person who really needs wifi for some personal reason. i had to go down in the lobby for access internet and the 2 last days i could not even connect in the lobby. i was promised a service professional will come help me every day, 3 times a day for 5 days but no help ever come. this was so because i called 3 times a day complaining about it... in the end i left there with a smile anyway because i had a good time there anyway with my wife but if i was alone i sure would newer live there 5 days without internet. the hotel are good and if they upgrade their wifi i will go there again some day if i can. the cards that opens the rooms was also a bit low quality so we had problems open the doors sometimes and problems use the elevators also sometimes as they was card activated...
