Very wonderful hotel in a very good location
Location is excellent and it is very easy to identify the hotels' tall and very attaractive building

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The rooms are very spacious, neat and clean. The stuffs are very cooperative and friendly. The breakfast is very very delicious and it contains a lot of items.
Shopping Tip:
The China town market, My DIN super shop and the ancient central market as well as BB plaza, Lot 10 in Bukit Bintang area is very close to the hotel. So anybody who likes to do shopping can enjoy shopping in those places.

Just beside Petaling street, with lots of food around. Crowded area. Rooms are not well cleaned with dirty, dusty carpets which we don wish to take off our shoes in the room due to the condition of the carpets. Pillow covers are yellowish and seems old and need replacement. But location and customer service is good.

My family and i had a great stay at Ancasa. The service was great though i encountered a minor misunderstanding with one of the front desk guy, but they solved it pretty quickly. The location of the hotel was superb, chinatown, petaling street was a walking distance. The room was ok not spacious but comfortable. The buffet breakfast was delish with alot of varieties. Overall we had such incredible time staying at Ancasa and definitely would be coming back again.

Nothing special about the hotel - we go there because of the location - near to good shopping and the Hotel feels very safe.
Its expensive for the returns but the staff are very good.
