It is clean and conveniently located near Jalan Petaling and Puduraya.

One of the staff isn't as friendly as I had expected to be. But the others were alright. The room has no WIFI. Has to be at the lounge for access and pay for it.

My stay there has been quite pleasant except that the Lounge where I can use the computer to surf net is infested with mosquitoes. Overall, the staff have been very pleasant. The power in my room kept cutting off every few min while I was in the toilet. It really freaked me out, so I ran downstairs. The receptionist changed my Access card immediately with a smile and the problem was solved. Cheeros gal! Thank you so much. But however, there was another staff who wasn't that pleasant. When I asked about my request for change of date, she just told me plainly, "you need to bring us your printed voucher. Else, there is nothing we can do." There wasn't even a smile on her face. It was probably a bad day for her but being in the front line, I guess she still has to put on that smile, no matter what.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : If possible, try not to commute via their bus. Until now, I am still unable to figure out where to wait for and board the buses.

the hotel itself is nice and worth-it ...rooms are nice and fully furnished

but i guess the hotel must be wi-fi ready bec. for some travellers need internet in each room, kindly take into consideration.

I was just happy to stay with ancasa hotel-KL it is really convinient and near to the food center. Probably it's more the center of kl. Nearby to china town where you can buy goods. And another thing that is nice to the are is that it is near the bus terminal whereby you can take bus which ever your next destination. therefore i can highly recommend this hotel.....Nice and the rooms are big and clean. Thanx

Shopping Tip : near china town where food and shopping is very near

Great location and big rooms.

Only one negative with this hotel. Breakfast is not setup for Westerners

Very impressed with our stay at this hotel. Fast and efficient check-in. Friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend.

Hotel Feature Tip : Agoda prices are so good, recommend paying for the better room.

Good environment, good service of staff. Good location in Kuala lumpur city.Is best chosing by those oversea people.

Is expensive when you book room above 10th floor. was not valuable, room was same size for all hotel room. No swimming pool for this hotel.

Good for oversea people to stay this hotel. You can get shuttle bus for LCCT to this hotel only pay RM 8/person. Easy to get cab when you go to shopping center around Kuala Lumpur city.Very good services for hotel staff. Also have good envionronment in this hotel. Comfortable to saty in.

Close to Chinatown and Petaling Street

Poor service, a 1* hotel posing as a 4* hotel.

Superior rooms only 2 sq. metres larger than standard rooms. Breakfast does not cater for Western tastes, even the Eastern menu was abysmal. The restaurant where breakfast is served was too small, tables and chairs on top of one another, no room to pass freely, especially as you have to collect your own cutlery, tea, coffee etc. The tables are bare when you arrive and its up to you to get everthing. Concierge seems to have an agreement with the local taxi Mafia, could never get a meter taxi.

Restaurant Tip : Eat in Petaling Street, just turn left out of hotel. Good food served in Chinatown Restaurant.

very clean and newly painted

computer system not updated with guest room allocation

The hotel is amazingly clean and newly painted, you can still smell the paint in the room. I had a deluxe room with only a small shower, so requested to change to one with a bath, and it was done quite easily the next day. But in the middle of the night, someone opened the door with a valid key card, and later I found out that the computer was not updated with my room changed, and the same room was allocated to another guest! Other than this middle of teh night shock, there was not other surprises.

- within walking distance to Pudu Raya (bus station), Chinatown and an LRT station - efficient and friendly front desk staff

- there were baby cockroaches in my room - it is beside a school and the school bell rings at 7+am

Ancasa hotel is a good place to stay as the staff are friendly and knowledgeable about tourist sites around the area. It is also conveniently located near the inter-city bus station and it is near the subway too, making traveling to areas like Bukit Bintang a breeze. However, the cleanliness of the hotel can be improved upon as the cockroaches coming out from the toilet were pretty disturbing.

Very central, walking distance to chinatown and little India and bus station.

A bit far from the subway, the rooms were a little aged

A nice hotel, central for the walking tours around chinatown and little India. A bit far from the golden triangle (petronas) but it is easy to get a taxi. depending on the hours the traffic in KL can be really problematic, but in the end and if you are in vacations that should not be a problem.

It was clean, and comfortable and in the centre of town. It was only a two minute walk to Petaling St, and that is exactly why I booked it.

It is not a 4 star hotel. Whilst being clean and comfortable, it was slightly run-down and the service was left lacking in some areas.

My family and I spent one night at the AnCasa on the 3rd of October. We booked it for it's proximity to Petaling St Markets and it didn't disappoint, only taking 2 minutes to walk there. The room was clean and comfortable. I don't think it is worthy of a 4-star rating though, as the hotel was run-down in places, the room was quite small, the bathroom had a deficiency in toiletries, and the door/reception desk were often not attended. Despite this, I would still recommend the hotel.

Travel tip : From the LCCT at the airport, get the bus to KL Sentral (train station) for 8 ringgits each, then a taxi to the AnCasa should be less than 15 ringgits.

There is a room for handicapped people with the king-sized bed.

The tag of "Don't disturb" was not prepared. Because of it, the cleaner came into the room without knocking the door when I took a nap.

There is the monorail train near the hotel. It is not wheelchair-accessible, though. I could see the twin tower and KL tower as nightview. China town is very near, too.

The room quite nice and clean. Near the Puduraya and very convenience for me to take cab, bus or LRT. Is a nice place.

I don't like the breakfast.

This is the 2nd time I stayed in this hotel. It is not expensive and is value for money. I like the location - easy to get to the markets / cultural central and seems to be the center of activity. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and went out of their way to answer any questions.Breakfast was below average, tasteless noodles, watery scramble eggs.

Fast check-in, friendly service.

Maintenance needs to be done more regularly

Pleasant stay at the hotel as previously. The shower is a bit slow to warm up. The key power card is a bit loose and need to be adjusted a little bit to get it fit correctly, that was the case for my room anyway. Otherwise everythig is just pleasant nd fine.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Very near to the bus central for city travels or inter-city travels. Also near to the LRT stations to get you almost anywhere in KL.
