Very easy to stay here, a good step up from a backpackers. Great bathroom and wireless in the room etc. With discount it's not much more than some of the upmarket back packers like the rainforest b n b.

we were so happy with our stay at the anggun hotel with delghtful friendly staff and an oasis-like feel to the entire hotel. just a stroll away was the food street jalan alor, the new and 'cosmopolitan' bars of bukit bintang, and the shopping malls for cheap frantic shopping.

Gorgeous hotel, great people, great spot
Boutique in size, really beautiful rooms, handy to everthing; markets, shopping malls. fantastic rooftop breakfast

My daughter and I stayed here and had a really great time. Went to all the markets, shopping plazas and took in all the sights. The hotel was handy to public transport and quite near Chinatown and Little India. I loved the breakfasts on the rooftop - had a different curry every morning and the staff were wonderful!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you want get around there is the hop-on-hop-off bus, the monorail right by the hotel(you can connect to the train) and taxis are so cheap and all the drivers we had were really informative. and friendly

Gorgeous hotel, friendly staff, central location
Style, decor, atmosphere, in the thick of it all.

What a beautiful oasis in the hussle and bussle of downtown KL. 2 streets from the Jalan Bukit Bintang in what used to be a pretty rundown and 'suspect?' area of KL but take this as a positive as this hotel was lovely and the locale was perfect for catching all the exciting aspects of this area.
The hotel could not be faulted for it's style and cleanliness, the staff were extremely friendly & helpful and the food was good.

we arrived when the city was in shut down mode because of the elections and it was very scary due to tear gas being everywhere so was unable to get into the city till late so we were all rather stressed and upset when we arrived, the staff were so great and welcoming that we calmed down quickly we were greeted with nice cold flannels and a cup of ginger tea .

lovely hotel, very clean ,modern, staff very nice
Near everything, if not walking , then cheap cab ride away

We arrived at the hotel later in the afternoon and staff was very helpful. We appreciated that the staff spoke English. They were very accommodating and helped get cabs etc and give advice on where to go and what to see. The breakfast was adequate and freshly prepared. The room was very nice and modern. We were a bit worried driving into the neigbourhood but once inside, it was very nice to have a small cozy hotel close to everything. We walked to the night market and took short cabs to other attractions. We really appreciated the computer/tv right in our rooms. The safe in our room was very nice to have as well. A bigger room for three people would have been nice but for two nights it was okay. In all, it was a very pleasant experience and we would recommend this hotel to others who don't like the big hotel idea.
Restaurant Tip:
Enjoyed the Hard Rock cafe near the tower as we were getting a bit tired of asian food.
