checking in was a breeze, receptionist was extremely helpful. went to the 1 bedroom apartment, it was huge! the only thing is that i had forgotten to request a non smoking room. called the front desk, receptionist was very accommodating. delivered new room key to us without having to go down to the counter. best of all got a free upgrade, bigger room! will definitely stay here again.

i was upgraded to a better 2 room unit for no extra cost
the unit was large and luxurious
furniture looked a little outdated (safe choice, i guess) but was still comfortable and pleasant.
bathrooms were big.

we had a great time when stay in kuala lumpur. the hotel is just a stone throw from main city attraction of petronas twin tower and suria klcc shopping mall. the hotel served good breakfast and the view of their skypool and lounge is stunning..
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
If you want to try a local food which is not expensive, take a cab and find restaurant called pelita. its not that far away.. they open 24 hrs. dont forget to ask the fare of the taxi as they usually cheat on you. otherwise petronas and suria klcc mall is a must place to visit.
