The living room is great. Interior is fantastic. create the ambience that I am like at home. furnitures are well maintained. No complains on my 2 days stay there.
It can be better if there is wireless connection instead of providing the lan cable. Moving forward, we are using ipads, tablets and phablets thus unable to connect to the internet connection provided. in overall, I would say me n my family truly enjoy the stay.

Ascott is very nice and comfortable hotel for family holiday, the room is very nice, the location is good because near from KLCC, the fisilities and they hotel staff is very nice also. I will stay at Ascott again whenever come to Kuala Lumpur again.

great location within 3 mins walk to klcc
3 min walk to klcc and taxi readily available at lobby.

stayed 3 nights in ascott kl and enjoyed the stay. requested to extend stay by 1 more night breakfast view was really good. room size was fantastic and have only 2 grouses; 1st grouse was that had to remind reception 3 times before getting electric kettle and 2nd grouse is that the room has no wifi. but all will be forgotten when you can realise how close the ascott is to klcc.

We had a nice 4 nights at Ascotts with good customer service too. Look forward to the newly refurbished room soon and the free wifi with it. Although the rooms are abit run-down but overall vy clean n tidy. Thumbs up. If possible, choices for breakfast have more variety will be better. And for it, extra points you will get.

Wonderful hotel with excellent service.
The standard of ur family suites and comfort level is one of the best that we have came across.

hotel room Shld have leaflet that include the facilities and info abt them. There is one thing i must point out that the wifi reception from the hotel wireless modem is very poor so please kindly look into it. And my further suggestion on the wireless is to increase the wireless coverage area to the general area of hotel eg. Swimming pool and lift lobby. But overall our stay at the hotel was nonetheless excellent and comfortable, and after this pleasant experience we will lookout up for The Ascott everywhere we travel. I would suggest that the hotel would provide a general tip box for the tourist as a reward to the friendly and warm hotel staff, area to place is the lobby, car porch.
Travel tip:
I would not choose from the above box because there is no "all of the above" option. The one great pointer of the hotel is that it is very near to all of the option above, so is very convenience to travel ard and wif a little help from hotel staff.

I'm impressed with how spacious the living room & bedroom is. My two young children felt at home playing with their new toys and watching Disney Channel & Cartoon Network in the living room. We got to watch the other channels in the bedroom.
The open dining concept during breakfast also gave us an excellent view of KL Twin Towers & Menara KL. It's a great location for shopping at Suria KLCC as well.

Firstly, was unsatisfied with the bookings as after confirmation from Agoda, the hotel reject with 3 bedroom due to non-availability & change to 2 + 1 bedroom on the last minute. Secondly, the front desk & lounge renovation was not completed during peak & festive seasons. Thirdly, the room need to refurnish & most of the amenities was old.
