Just feel not happy with the complaint . as the neighbour is in party and making noise till
3 am !!!!!! complaint to the management yet no responce.
the smoking smell is transfer from the neighbour to my room !!!!!! very serious !!!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Ascott. The staff were very helpful, friendly and informative. The location was ideal and our refurbished room was beautiful, well planned out and decorated very tastefully.
There are refurbishments going on at the moment but we didn't hear anything.
The only downside is that I now want to live at The Ascott and can't!
