Our group of 4 adults and 2 kids stayed here for 2 nights during the Easter weekend in a newly renovated 2-bedroom unit. This is my 4th time back in Ascott KL and as always, I have always been happy with the venue/service. I am impressed with the clean lines of the new unit, definitely a step up from the old one. The room is of a good size and there is everything we need. Fast check-in/out without much hassle from the friendly staff. A definitely come back again for me and my family.

Stayed at the newly renovated 2-bedroom service apartment. One of the better service aprtments we've stayed so far. Its centrally located and very near to KLCC. 10mins walking distance to Pavilion along the new air con walkway. Will definitely come back.

We stayed 4 days/ 3 nights. Location is great. the staff is friendly. We were in a two bedroom unit with kitchen. It was one of the best experiences travelling with my family.

Pros: Room was huge!! Extremely comfortable even if its yet to be renovated.
Staff was super friendly and helpful.
Location was a 5mins walk to KLCC. And abt 10 mins to Pavilion. Super near.
Cons: There wasn't much of a variety for breakfast. That's it. ;)

We got around the KLCC & it's great as it's all just within walking distance. Spacious room, kids enjoy the bath-tub & swimming pool. We picked our groceries & cooked. 2 TV sets great for kids & dad.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Good for sightseeing KL from the heart of the city.

Great hotel with good service

This is the second time staying in ascott. It's has been a great stay both the time with good room and good service. Didn't take up the breakfast after the first time because not worth the money. However the short distance to klcc make up for everything.
Travel tip:
If driving more than 1 car, make sure to chop all parking coupon
