It was convenient for offices and shopping though traffic is ,as always, a problem.No problem with Ascott at all but they could forget about charges for using laundry facilities (via tokens) after all many serviced apartments now come equipped with washers/dryers.It was annoying to pay RM10 just to use the machines.

Not being taken care of this time round

I am still very happy to stay in this hotel but however this time I would like to comment on the service which I received that had put my personal rating for this hotel to lower grade. I was having a severe headache in the middle of the night at 3am and called the guest service line and wanted some medicine for my headache and was turned down by a female operator. She told me there is no medicine in hotel and nobody could get it for me. I was very annoyed and I will drop one star for this hotel.

Stayed here for about a month plus for business meetings and such. Always greeted with a warm smile by all staff, managers were very helpful in assisting with any queries or special requests. Felt very welcome as I was always greeted by my first name. Room service was prompt and housekeeping always done on time and above expectations.
Shopping Tip:
Only five minutes away from the linkway that connects you to KLCC, the Pavillion and Bukit Bintang areas. Party and Shopping areas
