I would stay here again its has a good bed the staff were realy friendly and it was clean thats what you expect for what your paying pity about the dirty alley!! The place was under construction when we were there so i would say it can only be improved.
Good location close to every thing. Nice friendly staff. Nice clean room.
Our balcony over looked an alley which had rubbish bins all over the place and attracted a lot of rats,it was like watching Ratatouille I counted twelve rats running round.

Ideal location(Bukit Bintan) easy to reach from taxi, train or Bus. Very calm and cool environment.Rooms very clean and comfortable. Friendly staff who give you ample info about directions and places to visit. Mini Library and ironing area. Breakfast provided inside hotel at very affordable price. Very close to most of tourist attraction in town and walikng distance to Petronas Tower and KL tower and city centre where shopping and fun is the order of the day.Good place to stay for a single traveller or couple.
Reasonable rates. Walking distance from Petronas and KL tower. Easy to get there from Monorail from KL central. Friendly staff. Free internet, free drinking water,and games to play
Toilets not inside the room; need to share with other guests. No phone inside room
