Good hotel with exceptional facilities
Large room, close to shopping centre

initial reception was poor, two girls at reception could not be bothered to greet client in cordial manner, finally a young man rallied and checked me in. chose superior room so could not see the towers other wise the room was good in all respects, in fact too large for one person. it was good being able to visit the shopping centre next door without leaving the building. cost of items in the shopping centre was very reasonable in fact very cheap comapred with evry other place i have visited in the world.

second stay with this hotel and still love it, the room is big for the price, the service is excellent, the operator is friendly and all calls to her will be followed up closely till its solved, a call to the room service for cutlery was responded within 5 mins. great stuff!
the food was ok, nothing great but nothing to complain about
the location is fantastic and near to good food and shopping center.
highly recommended!

kids enjoyed the pool and free theme park rides. mall has excellent choices for food.walk out 5 mins and you hit the sg wang and lot 10 malls. pavillion is a frther 10-15mins away.
Travel tip:
the taxi stand below operates on a coupon system. reasonable rates will get you anywhere in KL without being fleeced

Great Location, Good counter service
There's a lot of good food within walking distance around this area

from the moment we arrived we were treated with excellent and attentive service. upgraded to a king room and given comp vouchers for masage and city tower attraction. if we had a need..just a quick call to the front desk and within minutes it was taken care of.right next to a 10 storey shopping mall with bargains galore and an awesome roof top pool to cool off in at the end of the day.take the breakfast option as it is well worth a few dollars extra.could not be happier.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The best choice and we would choice the same if we had to go back to Malaysia. Superior room and very spacious, good service and a stone throw away from bus stop to Singapore. Thumbs up
