Excellent location if you want to shop

We booked a superior twin room. Our room had a large bathroom with bath and shower. It had a separate large toilet room with full bidet and sink/mirror. Our room had a separate lounge area with writing desk, dining table, lounge. There was a small kitchen but this was useless as there were no utensils, plates or cooking equipment provided. The furniture was a little dated and the beds weren't the best however the location made up for this. Adjacent to a 12 story shopping mall and with the Imbi monorail station out the door, this was the perfect location to access all the popular area's in Malaysia. The swimming pool is lovely and the gym adequately equipped. My only issue was our room smelt of cigarette smoke even though I asked for a non-smoking floor (which they assured me it was). We caught the aerobus from LCCT airport terminal to Sentral for 9MYR then taxi to Berjaya for 15MYR. You can catch the monorail from Sentral to Imbi but avoid this during peak hours.

We stayed for one night and could not fault this hotel. Pleasant and welcoming staff (unlike at the Berjaya on Tioman island) comfortable, modern and spacious room (we were upgraded due to our Berjaya flight back from Tioman being cancelled the day before having spent the entire day waiting for a plane). Great large pool on the 15th floor and brilliant location for access to KL's shopping malls. Didn't have breakfast included in our original rate of approx £50 per night but would bet that it's good!

Cleanliness needs improvement. Cleaning staff did not do a great job in cleaning the room. Carpet needed vacuum. Stains were found on sofa and walls. Bedsheets were not changed. Even if we complained already they still did not do their best.
On the plus side, it is an old hotel, meaning rooms were designed to be very very spacious. their 2 bedroom suite was really big. can fit 6 adults. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. 7/11 right below and mrt just across. very accessible.
