Spacious. But cleanliness needs improvement

Cleanliness needs improvement. Cleaning staff did not do a great job in cleaning the room. Carpet needed vacuum. Stains were found on sofa and walls. Bedsheets were not changed. Even if we complained already they still did not do their best.
On the plus side, it is an old hotel, meaning rooms were designed to be very very spacious. their 2 bedroom suite was really big. can fit 6 adults. Breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. 7/11 right below and mrt just across. very accessible.

bad experience ever
none, cause the management of berjaya time square is unreasonable

not good at all. this hotel is attached with a shopping complex known as berjaya time square "bts".
on the night we stay, i brought my parents for a movie in bts. the movie ended at about 12.30 am. and when we walk toward the hotel, the security guards rudely told us that bts was closed and therefore we unable walk pass bts to get into the hotel !
they asked us to get out from bts at the east wing side door and walk outside bts to get back to the hotel (which located at the west wing). bts is a large shopping complex and they expect a hotel residence to walk outside the complex in the middle of the night to get back the hotel with an estimation of 500m walking distance!
i’m so regret to book this hotel for my parents and it is really a waste of money to stay in a hotel which manage by an unreasonable management group !

our stay is okay and comfortable

superior room is good for 4 person, very comfortable and spacious, staff are friendly and helpful, the swimming pool is large and beautiful, life guards are very attentive to children, location is near monorail imbi station, price of the hotel is reasonable, the only thing that i do not like is the very slow wifi and up to the time we checked-out i was not able to access such , and also the bed is hard which makes me difficult to sleep..

Great friendly Hotel

This was my fourth stay Berjaya Time Square and I was not disappointed, as usual the staff were friendly and very willing to help.
We were a group of eleven and arrived four hours before check-in, the lovely young man at the front desk by the named Syahid kindly let us go up to our room staight away.
I love the location of this hotel, its close to everything.
Thanks Berjaya, will be back again in August.

love the free wifi given although there were only 4 given and we had 5 in our group. my dad had to go without wifi during the trip. hotel location is centralised, next to the train station.

Service of lobby staff was excellent. They were attentive. But service of counter staff was not good. They did not explain procedure of deposit and payment well and comprehensively.

I had stayed at Berjaya many times. It has deteriorated greatly. The sofa, beds are very worn out and needs to be replaced to prevent injury to hotel guests. It is not a five star hotel by these standards. The overall cleanliness is very lacking. I would not stay here in future.
