U need to remember that this is only apartment even its at time square. So all is by yourself,even parking also u need to pay separate. If u are finding easiest and closest place to town this will be great choice.

it was bad. there was no concierge. "mr room service" had to be summoned by my mobile phone. had to prepare for room deposit . apartment had an odour that came from the "new" carpet. the shower was dirty and un-usable. ceiling was leaking water. bathtub had no clog to hold water. had to stand inside bathtub to shower, which was slippery and dangerous. sofa was dirty. air-con takes awhile to cool the apartment. towels were not changed regularly. room couldn't be changed despite all these issues. nevertheless, the only good thing is the location. you need to be lucky. otherwise, don't bother.
