There were a few glitches - the bedside lights did not work and the connecting door would not stay closed and the safety box was locked shut on arrival, but these were addressed immediately. Very slow check in process with no channeling of queue, which meat some people pushed in and made the wait even longer. Free internet ok for email but not strong enough to skype. The staff were great and very helpful (although they could not find an umbrella for my walk. There is a constant roar of traffic from the expressway which runs beside the hotel. Views from pool level stunning and food in restaurants good, though RM58 for breakfast a bit steep..
