I like the rooms and the food was nice... When i stayed there the lift does not work... Overall,the hotel is the best hotel that i have ever stayed...two thumbs up..

- Price is reasonable
- Close to a train station
- Rooms are fairly new and comfortable - Internet connection is slow
- There were ants in the room
- During check in, the staff did not understand my English that well. The hotel overall was pretty okay for a business hotel. The pricing is reasonable and the premier room was a steal at about USD$100. The deluxe room is quite well furnished except for the ants that I encountered in the room. Internet connect was also extremely slow during peak hours (7-11pm). The lifts are pretty old and the thing I dislike most is that people are smoking in the main lobby.
Shopping Tip : You can take a train pretty easily to shopping attactions (KLCC, Berjaya Times Square, etc.). You do not need to take a cab. It is pretty convenient by train.

Good location, close to shopping and interesting places. Services are satisfactory. It seems like they are short (probably cutting costs) on various items for the room, e.g. not enough towel, drinking glasses and cups, complimentary bottled waters. I have to request for newspaper each morning, as I stayed for 3 nights. On the whole it is a good hotel, as I have stayed here on various occasions previously. But this is the first time I have used the services of Agoda, and I am happy with Agoda. On future travel I still choose this hotel for its pluses as compared with other hotels in the neighborhood. The staffs attended to my complaint urgently, and I am quite satisfied.
Restaurant Tip : Their Zende restaurant serves very good sirloin steak, among the best in town. So is their OLE ESPANYOL buffet.

Large and comfortable room;
New bathing facilities Expensive rate for internet connection We've had a great stay in the hotel. The location of the hotel is just too convenient for us to reach the major spots in the city.

The hotel is very clean and rooms are very well presented and of a large side. We got a room which had a very nice view of the Petronas Towers which was a very welcome surprise. Hotel was just outside the boundiers of the main city centre area. My visit was with friends from England and the first visit to KL. The hotel was booked on the internet and I was unsure of the location, however it was a very nice surprise and good valve for money. The location is outside of the main KL centre, but it is easy and cheap to get around KL either by taxi or the public transport.Overall the hotel was good valve for money.
Shopping Tip : Try the Mega Mall shopping centre , very large shopping mall, with all brands of clothing and plenty of choice.

The staff were polite and helpful, the room was clean and seemed to have been redecorated in the latest fashion.
Nightlife Tip : 5 - 10 Ringgit in a taxi down to Asian Heritage Row or the Golden Triangle area

We were given our request for a strictly non-smoking room as my wife has severe asthma. The Front Office staff went out of his way, when my wife requested for a possible change of room, when she smelled sawdust, from some renovation work being done in the adjoining rooms. The staff concerned was very sympathetic about my wife's situation, and searched for another room to transfer to, however since the hotel was fully booked, there were no other non-smoking rooms available, hence we kept our original room. The renovation work in the other rooms had been finished, anyway.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : We enjoyed our tour to the Aquaria and the new Pavillion shopping center was big and nice located around Bukit Bintang. Also don't miss the night market at Petaling Street if you are looking for a souvenir or bargain. But beware the people there have a agressive sales strategy.
