We like the location, it is so convenience. The swimming pool is nice and clean. Housekeeper wrote us a note. It was so heartening and sweet. Breakfast buffet is nice.

Breaktfast buffet-refill a bit slow. Concerige and reception staff not so friendly. Disappointment in this area.

The location is very very convenience. Just a door step away, it's the shopping mall. We have never stayed in such a hotel that is so close and near to a huge shopping mall. My children enjoyed the swim a lot, the pool is clean. The hotel housekeeper wrote us a note that made us feel so much at home, very thoughtful housekeeper. The breakfast buffet spread is nice but a bit slow in replenishing of food. Staff at the concerige and reception not very courteous. But it does not affect us much.

Shopping Tip : Travel ard May/Jun, it is school holiday season where they have lots of sale.

New, clean with superb condition, exactly located at midvalley! quiet and privacy is well kept. Staff is efficient and smart!

the moment we got in, the staff was friendly and highly professionally trained. They are smart and efficient, Hotel's cleanliness is at the top and deco is just nice and not overly done. Room is spacious and clean. All items in the room can function perfectly. The staffs are not arrogant and need not much persuasion to extend check out time. It was a swell stay.

Relatively new. Tastfully designed rooms. Good housekeeping. Near a major mega mall. Very self contained if you are not interested to go anywhere else out of Midvalley

No dedicated parking for hotel guests. Gettng to parking is very troublesome. A lot of walking whilst dragging luggage along. Even though its a small fee, but being hotel guests having to pay for parking is new to me! Gets more expensive if you keep going out!

I had a good weekend at KL. I am familiar with KL, the city centre and Mid Valley. Chose to stay in Mid Valley as it is away from the busy city centre.It takes about 15min to get to KL city if there isnt any traffic jam. However, Mid Valley can be a maze too. Getting around there needs some warming up. The mall is very packed on weekends so you need fight for parking. Boulevard is new to me. Its relatively new and it fits the budget. Hotel is tastefully designed, rooms are nice and big.Pretty high ceilings too. It's next a megamall so I choose to spend a day there eating, shopping and watch movie. House keeping is good. Breakfast buffet spread is good, Staff is helpful and nice. Overall wise I had a good stay there.

Travel tip : Get to know location of hotel at Mid Valley. Try to park as near to it as possible.Some access to the Hotel is quite near from the car park.
