The receptionist is friendly, room is always clean, right light dimming and always feel safe and is nearby to the shopping center. definitely will return to stay.
Recommend for travellers.

the room have nice, pleasant deco/furnishing.
bathroom is cool, big and bright.
the hotel have a nice pool and gym, and its a nice place to have some healthy activities here!
i have a high floor room facing the highway, and its quite noisy at night! so the facing of the room is critical if you want to have a quiet room to sleep at night.
Shopping Tip:
the hotel have a back door that connect directly to the mall, and you can find lots of local food in the basement level

The hotel staff is not helpful in assisting to get a queen size as request. I was given a smoking room with 2 single bed, even though i'm a non-smoker and travel solo.

i have forgotten the number of times i have stayed at this hotel. this hotel has become a second home for us when we travel to other destinations. my sincere thanks to all staff members and a special "thankyou" to the staff on the executive floor lounge. its always nice to have a welcome back smile. perhaps the only thing the hotel can do is padlock the door to the mega mall as i had to pay excess luggage again.thanks once again boulevard

My 2nd time at the Boulevard this year. Decided I'll be using it on my frequent trips into KL. Enjoy it much more than similar hotels nearby, and plenty to do right downstairs.

Will sure go back. Staff was a bit new when check in so, it took a longer time. But quick when check out. Simple hotel to stay within expectation.
Shopping Tip:
Great location for shopping here and nearby. Try to avoid budget taxi in front of hotel. They ripped you off.

we will always consider this hotel when we want the convenience of having a shopping mall next door and an abundance of eateries to choose from. the rooms are looking a little worn as compared to last year but are still clean and comfortable. the breakfast buffet has a wide selection to choose from to cater for most tastes.
