the location, great service and amenities (including megamall and the gardens) made the hotel my preferred place to stay whenever going on business trips in kl.
however, the traffic conditions during rush hour and lousy cellphone signal reception in the higher floors of the hotel can sometimes be troublesome.
Hotel Feature Tip:
rooms above the 10th floor have lousy cellphone signal reception (including the lounge at the 26th).

The location of this hotel was very convenient.
It was near the big shopping mall.
I enjoyed shopping very much.
The train station was also very closed.
I could go to Kuala Lumpuer for sightseeing easily.

Clean and tidy hotel. Very close to everything. You have got Mid Valley Megamall and The Gardens under the hotel for your shopping options. Going to places are easily achieved with taxis.

I would say that it's a great stay as we get to go to the mall as early as the shop open without having to drive there or even faced with the traffic congestion; and we can even go back to rest for a while before continuing with our shopping spree anytime we would like to! Thanks Boulevard and we will come back again next time!

This is a good hotel, location is good and right in the centre of the shopping area.
Getting anywhere around KL is quick and easy. Most importantly, there's not so much traffic jam
A shopping mall is just around the corner and so are the eating places. As this is a new place, everything looks classy.
This hotel staff are friendly and check in was quick and simple.
