Clean room, comfortable bed & good location
right next door to a big mall

Great staff service. Room is fairly spacious & clean. Bed is comfortable. Hotel is located to adjoining big Mid Valley Mall which is a heaven for shoppers. The mall has a good size food court with a variety of food selection.
I'd stay there again and definitely recommend to anyone. The hotel is about 40 minutes away from KLIA.

Overall quite satisfied with the hotel except some of the furnitures are a bit old e.g the backrest of the chair is shaky.Location is good especially very convenient for shopping and the LRT station is nearby so we travel by train and no need to drive to the city. I will come back to stay again.

Great location link to shopping complex

Hotel locations is link with famous shopping centre mid valley and the Gardens. Surronding have various of restaurants and cafe . By taxi 10min can reach china town - petaling streets . Also easy access to airport, PJ , Klang or any part surrounding KL.
Hotel is provided free wifi but only one user allowed. Parking fees need to pay .

A good location if you're sticking to one place
In between two great malls, Mid Valley and The Gardens

I've stayed at Boulevard a couple of times before so I know what to expect. It's good if you're already familiar with the place because the hotel is in between two great shopping malls, Mid Valley and The Gardens. If you're into exploring the city then this hotel might not be ideal for you as I would recommend a hotel around Jln Bintang area which is smack in the middle of KL.

Room is reasonably ok and view is good.Facilities ok but the best part of the hotel is the shopping mall.Car park is hard to get during weekends but other days no problem.Hotel do not have its own car park only valet parking.I really dont feel safe to park at the mall during late hours thou nothing happen.otherwise i like this hotel

Business hotel in Mid Valley getting better
Central location, gym and value for money

The last time I stayed at this hotel was more than two years ago. I found my 1-night stay refreshing and satisfactory because my room and toilet were cleaner than my previous stay; furthermore, the free internet access was steady and easy to use with my Apple notebook computer. I tried out the gym and was very pleased that the equipment was kept in clean, good working conditions. The accessories like floor mats and plank balls were up to date so were the weight machines and bar bells. The gym front counter personnel was friendly and helpful and pass me a towel as soon as he confirmed I was a hotel guest. The swimming pool looked tempting but I didn't bring my swimming googles. Next trip. I didn't dine in restaurants of the hotel because I did that the last time. I took my local distributors out for meals in adjoining shopping centre. The selection was really endless and the Chinese, Peranakan and Italian restaurants we dined at served above average dishes. I drove from Singapore and parked overnight at the hotel's designated parking space Lot H. The drive way leading to and through the carpark are narrow and available space limited. This is the only negative of my stay.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Boulevard Hotel and any of the other hotels at Mid Valley Shopping Complex is just one train stop from KL Sentral the main train and public transportation hub of Kuala Lumpur. The city centre is always congested. It is better to park or stay in Mid Valley and do your things in the City centre before retreating to Mid Valley after office hours.
