Great room and location

Instant access to Mid Valley mall is already a big plus point. The deluxe room is decent and big. The interior looks dated thou and a renovation would be good.
The valet was ok but there is a clause they need to tell hotel guests. While it is stated on the sign board that it costs per entry per day, it did not state that after 2pm additional day would be charged. I checked-in my vehicle at 8pm the night before and checked-out at 3pm the next day. Technically it has not been a day, but I had to pay as its already past 2pm.

It is a nice hotel for couple to have a weekend getaway in kuala lumpur, where you do not need to worry about food and entertainment.
Nice hotel and the management really understands our needs. They provide bed and pillows of good quality, big tv, compact bathroom.
Paid the price for 4 star, but we enjoyed the 5 star service!

hotel is in a very good location near the mid --valley mega mall where shopping is fantastic and food is yummy and reasonably-priced. those who want to pamper themselves can patronise the many good restaurants catering marvellous food and give excellent service.
the hotel room is very comfortable and comes with internet facility to link up with the world.
the service staff are friendly and helpful. they good advice and recommendations when approached for help on places of attraction and other places of interest.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Should take a trip to Jalan Bintang for shopping and food galore.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Just a few walks then we can shop in Midvalley without any hassle. It has 2 shopping malls there, ie. Midvalley & Gardens. It has lots of shopping place to go.Great!!

My stay with Boulevard was comfortable enough. The place was very clean and well-maintained. The room is spacious and it faces the swimming pool. Definitely a pleasant view compare to its neighbouring hotel. The television volume is locked, which is good so that other guests are not disturbed. However, with that price, I expect a better quality instant white coffee provided.

Staying in a studio suite i expected the standard of service a little high, no one offered to bring my bags up, i was asked to pay extra if i wanted an additional password for my wifi.
And i was told to put a RM200 deposit so i can make a local phone cal.... which i found very ridiculous.

The hotel is on top of a mega mall!

This hotel is situated on top of a mega shopping mall. As traffic is always a problem in Kuala Lumpur, this hotel locale is excellent as you need not travel any where else to do your shopping. There's two supermarkets and many food joints. Cinemas and many variety of shops available all within walking distance.
