great location for shoppiing!
if you're into shopping, this is the place, may need to fork out a few bucks compared to Cititel hotel.

we tried to get a bit of luxury taste of the hotel while we shop, and this hotel didn't disappoint us! It maybe on the high side, but staying to a hotel like this from time to time is really worth. If you're on tight budget, or should I say rather spend more on shopping than accommodation, a nearby Cititel hotel is also a good choice. But as I've said, your shopping budget may not need to be compromised by also tasting some level of luxury accommodation from time to time.
Shopping Tip:
great location! You can drop-off your shopping bags anytime and resume your shopping activities!

I have asked the hotel staff for direction around the area and the services i can find in the city near by. They have done their very best to help me and I am please. However, there are few occassions they will asked for a small amount of tips. So please be prepared

Its location is great. Just 2-3 mins walking distant to Mid-Valley Mall and The Gardens. The room size is ok, but there is no bathtub. Breakfast could be better as the choices is not much. There is no hotel parking, you have to either park it in mid-valley mall (get it validate by hotel for RM5 per day) or Valet Parking at RM15 per entry per day. We arrived on Fri noon and the traffic was horrible. We stuck at the highway exit, and it took us almost 1 hour to get in to hotel (just 800m).

It was a short stay but enjoyable and worth the price charged, Rooms could be better lit more so for rooms facing higher buildings, appears dark inside even with all the lighting switched on. Overall, great service, good breakfast and excellent link to the mall.
Shopping Tip:
Mid valley mall has everything.You dont need to go anywhere else. Food,shopping, movies, you name it you got it there!

A convenient and hassle free business hotel

As usual, no hassle, allow for early check-in (which is the part I appreciate most as I usually arrive the hotel at 9.30am). Plenty of food because Mid-Valley is behind the hotel. Room is clean and neat. Love the high floor.
This is the first time I ordered in-room dining. Had the Seabass. I would say that I am impressed with the food quality and taste.

Check in was fast and efficient. For those who drive, I do not suggest to stay in this hotel as there is no dedicated parking for this "4 star" hotel. Parking is also payable at RM5 per day. Further, you need to go through the shopping center to get to the parking and it is very confusing and inconvenient to lug your luggage with you to your vehicle.
Staff should also inform hotel guests that parking is max RM5 and lower if parked for short period. Some attendants are not very honest and will collect the max amount, even for short parking.
Other than parking problems, the hotel room is good and clean, breakfast is also good.
Shopping Tip:
Many shops, restaurants and drinking holes in the megamall.

great location. front office was extremely helpful
right next to the mall... easy for food and other amenities.

although the hotel is amazing... i got robbed at the mid valley ktm commuter station. the hotel front desk was extremely helpful in directing me to the police post which was 30 metres away. although the holiday was ruin by the robbery, the hotel remain a great highlight of what's left of the holiday. cheers!
Travel tip:
Lots of crime around the area. Be vigilant be careful... Cannot stress theses words more!
