great location but bad carpark

Hotel does not provide dedicated carpark. Car park is shared with Mid Valley shopping mall, which most of the time having problem getting a good car park, especially in the afternoon, which is the peak hours for shopping mall.
Hotel only provides free wifi for one device. Additional device (mobile, notebook..) charge is RM30/day.
Anyway, the main attractive point for the hotel is the location, just beside MidValley, food and transportation(train station is just nearby) is very convenient.

great hotel, great service, but hard to get a taxi

this hotel is great, shopping centre is just downstairs. you have a mega size shopping centre. Location is really great but the place is very packed, especialy on weekends. You have to wait for than 30 mins to wait for a taxi out.

Within easy walking distance to midvalley megamall. Easy for shopping. Rooms are clean and comfortable.
Fast check in and were given rooms even before 2pm. Great!

good location for a 3 star hotel

I stayed at the Boulevard for 4 nights, after having stayed at the Shangri-la for 10 days. I wanted a change in location in KL after my conference in the city...also to be closer to the shops. This hotel is connected to one of the largest mall in the area.
At check in, the lobby staff were friendly enough, but I noticed that the jackets on the front desk guys (all 3 of them) had some kind of a stitch on the shoulders ...it seemed like some very rough patch work done on either a rip or tear on the jacket shoulder. I was surprised that this kind of details on the staffs uniform was not taken care off properly. In any case this was just the lack of attention to details that were apparent throughout the hotel.
When I first entered my bedroom (can't remember the number), I was shocked to find that the bed spread has very visible stains on them, and yet the cleaning staff went ahead and made the bed with stained white bedspread/sheets. The waste basket had a couple of used tissues still in it. To my shock, a bottle of water, half filled (obviously been opened) was put back with the rest of the unused /unopened bottle of water.
I must say the staff were very accommodating in switching a room for me immediately. My new room (2207) had iron marks on the carpets ..okay...minor details....
The shelves under the sink looked like they have not been dusted in a long long time. The tub had visible rings around it...okay..maybe they didnt really expect anyone to use the tun.....
The shower area had black molds along the floor...probably from the lack of proper cleaning over time.
This hotel needs a brand new housekeeping executive director. . There were marks all along the walls that should have been cleaned. Even tho the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating to certain extend, the lack of management and care to details front the cleaning /housekeeping crew is the sole responsibility of the upper management.

Wonderful hotel in a great location

connected to the wonderful midvalley city mall, this is a well located hotel with friendly staff and a very nice stay. close to the mid valley station, which is just a stop away from kl sentral, which in turn is just 28 min away from klia (via the klia express), making this a very convenient stay indeed. the mall provides all necessary amenities and convenience and a gastronomic treat with many wonderful food choices and even a cinema! what else can one ask for? highly recommended. centrally located that makes it easy to move to klcc, pj, cyberjaya and subang.

Good, clean room with nice view, situated at the center of Mid Valley shopping mall, nice breakfast with friendly staffs. Always come and go with a smile.
