Very happy with the size and condition of the room. Perfect location right next to Mid Valley Mall...
Great breakfast location on 9th floor, a break away from traditional ground floor restaurant :)
Shower cubicle door though seal during showering still have water leaks out, thus causing floor to be flooded with water, a danger to guest and/or children. This should be improved!

Lovely hotel for the price

the reason i stay here because my stay in cititel mid valley was unpleasant. but of course you get what you pay for. i save about staying in cititel but i have decided to move to boulevard as i did not get a good night sleep. boulevard hotel is a lot fresher and newer. good point is it is literally next to mid valley shopping center

All staff were very welcoming,especially the staff at the front desk. Housekeeping was also very good.
Shopping Tip:
Everything imaginable from the shops at the upmarket Gardens Mall to everything else at Mega Mall.

The best thing is the hotel near big mall midvalley, the bad thing is, i already put a request ti check in earlier but the staff ingnore it and i must wait from 9am-4pm i check in....

My family & I had an excellent stay at the Boulevard Hotel. Thou we opted for no breakfast, the gym & pool were so awesome for chills. Endless shopping stores with major branded boutiques to wide selection of foods, simply had our trip a complete event. In case you are wondering, we had our breakfast at Mcdonalds - opens on time too & my lil nieces loved it!! Public transportation were very convenient - 5mins walk to trains, great way to tour KL if you choose not to drive.
Only 2 minor hiccups - 1) checking in could've been better as we arrived at 2:45pm & only had our rooms at almost 3:45pm. But bcos it's on school holiday period, waiting time was fine by us. Also, the staffs were friendly & efficient in their respective duties. 2) FYI, if you are driving, carpark slots at The Boulevard are shared with it's shopping centre too. So, you might want to opt for valet service of RM15 per day if no vacant upon your arrival. But, of cos parking at the hotel is free. :)
Overall, we had a wonderful trip. Hope yours is too!

1st time in this hotel and it's very convenient for shopping and moving around. location not far from kl city so it's quite worth it. environment is good and friendly hotel staff makes the stay pleasant. wish can stay longer.
