Blv hotel is about 6 years old, Cititel is about 10 years old but the difference is so vast. BLV Staff is friendly, room is spacious, toilet is clean. The biggest selling point for us is that Mid Valley shopping centre is just next door; pharmacy, restaurants, supermarket, Giordano to Hugo Boss. Didnt use the train, but the train station is within walking distance too.

The location of the hotel is good, facilities provided are complete. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Room is clean and food is tasty.

the location was excelent but had problems with the lifts ,had to go back to the lobby to get it fixed!many other guests also had the same problem.otherwise shopping was good as the hotel is next to megamall . parking was a problem as the hotels had no carpark ,it would be helpful if the hotel had informed guests which parking bay is the closest the hotel.
The rooms were clean and comfortable.

few steps away from one of malaysia's best shopping mall, simple interior with nice touch

i have a wonderful stay at this hotel. i purposely choose this hotel because of the location. located next to midvalley megamall and the gardens shopping center, it is d best hotel for a shopaholic like me. the room is very well maintained and the interior is simple yet elegant.

i stay in this hotel for 2 days. it is a nice hotel because next to the shopping mall that you don't need to go outside to find the food.
Restaurant Tip:
there is a restaurant that is chinnese restaurant. the taste is ok

A very nice stay at the hotel. Staffs are friendly and very helpful. Four hotel buildings are inter connected to each other with all kind of shops available including those branded stuff like Gucci and Louis Vuitton. You won't have any worries should there is any rain or even thunder strom. Its a combine version of KLCC shopping, Times Square and Pavillion. All in one!!!!

If you want to shopping all day at Mid valley mega mall, it is well worth for it. Necessary and sufficient amenities in the room are available. Hotel staffs are friendly, prompt and reliable. However, for me, it is quite difficult to find that hotel entrances when arrive there in the first time because of not enough the hotels' sign and information from outer.

Great location for non-driving travellers. Hotel has no designated parking. Has to wait more than half an hour to get a parking lot as we have to compete for parking lots with shoppers. Furthermore, there is no complimentary parking. You have to pay a per entry per day fee for hotel resident.
Early request at booking time for single large bed not followed and was given two single beds instead.
Travel tip:
if you have to drive, better stay at next door cititel mid valley where you can have a designated complimentary free parking.
