non smoking rooms are really non smoking which makes it great.

Shopping Tip:
Its near Mid Valley shopping mall & u can do ur shopping & there is great choice of food too.

The room was ok, just the floor carpet a bit old and there is lots of patch up....would have expected more for the price they charge for the room...the good thing is they sit right at mid valley.

Blv hotel is about 6 years old, Cititel is about 10 years old but the difference is so vast. BLV Staff is friendly, room is spacious, toilet is clean. The biggest selling point for us is that Mid Valley shopping centre is just next door; pharmacy, restaurants, supermarket, Giordano to Hugo Boss. Didnt use the train, but the train station is within walking distance too.

the location was excelent but had problems with the lifts ,had to go back to the lobby to get it fixed!many other guests also had the same problem.otherwise shopping was good as the hotel is next to megamall . parking was a problem as the hotels had no carpark ,it would be helpful if the hotel had informed guests which parking bay is the closest the hotel.
The rooms were clean and comfortable.

i have a wonderful stay at this hotel. i purposely choose this hotel because of the location. located next to midvalley megamall and the gardens shopping center, it is d best hotel for a shopaholic like me. the room is very well maintained and the interior is simple yet elegant.

A very nice stay at the hotel. Staffs are friendly and very helpful. Four hotel buildings are inter connected to each other with all kind of shops available including those branded stuff like Gucci and Louis Vuitton. You won't have any worries should there is any rain or even thunder strom. Its a combine version of KLCC shopping, Times Square and Pavillion. All in one!!!!
