Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

this is the worst hotel that i have ever stayed in KL. The room is not clean, old furniture and tv provided, the smell inside the room is bad, the towel provided should be changed into a new towel. bathroom also need to be repaired. Overall, only the manager smile to us.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Chow Kit Road - but beware pickpockets.

Great location for travallers
Parking space for customers and location of the hotel
8.3
it was a splendid stay. tourist attractions are located withing walking distance. shopping make it easy to asses. public transport are available within the hotel.
Shopping Tip:
fruits of locals are available just beside the hotel. fruits are very cheap and good quality. various shops selling goods such as textiles, carpet, shirts and etc are easily access.

Room was terrible. Carpet has big hole, air cond not working properly, bed sheet dirty, lump of hair at the head of the bed, stale air. Bath tub old with stains. Tap head fell off. Checked in at 630pm & checked out at 710pm the same day. Worst hotel ever!

The lifts to the carpark are dangerous, should call the maintainence. The carpark are too dark at night, the location was bad, there are indonesians , imigrants everywhere...its like we are at Indonesia not Malaysia. When you reach the hotel, u cant even see the front entrance due to the area is full of indonesian stalls. Rather scary area o go out with your children at night, beware of pick pockets.

Not much nice to say about this hotel
2
This is one hotel to stay away from, difficult to find was the least of the problems. The rooms are old and in need of renovation, the bath in the bathroom was stained. Towels where old and well used. Breakfast was not worth the trouble and they must have the worst coffee I have ever tasted.

The best part about the hotel I liked was the 2 queen size beds in my room. We (me, my wife & 2 kids under 12yrs) could sleep well comfortably after shopping & sightseeing.

Important can sleep at night!

not so a run-down hotel. what do you expect for an old 3 star hotel. if you want a beautiful room, pay more to get a better hotel. i mostly spent the whole day out so this is just nice for my family and i to have a sound sleep at night, and also to store our shopping goodies!
Restaurant Tip:
Food galore all around the area!
