Good for the price
Well-located for Chow Kit station, reasonable rooms, nice pool on rooftop

Stay was good except for one evening when I returned to my room at around 1am to find the door ajar. As I went in, one member of their staff came out looking quite stressed, saying that he was from housekeeping, and asked if I wanted my towels changed. He had no housekeeping trolley or equipment, and it was 1am(!) so it was quite clear that he wasn't there to change towels.
I took this up with reception, and they just laughed it off and said something about housekeeping working 24 hours. I did not feel like my room was secure after this, and would absolutely NOT recommend the hotel.

It was wonderful stay , we take a family room ,room not much spacious , but not too small ,there were two queen size bed & we sleep comfortably,good thing is we have stunning view of twin and kl tower from the room window ,overall it is good value for money.

under my expectation, the location is ok - near by MRT (about 5mins walk) but the road is very dirty especially under rainy days. The halls of the room is super old and full of smell.

The hotel were pretty worn out and old. The street to hotel is fill with road vendors at all time so it's hard for car to pass through. The bed sheets was unclean.
