Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Great Locaton near Petaling Street
Clean, Stable Wireless connection
7.3
The room is cozy and with the stable wireless around hotel area.
Petaling Street is few steps away and there are a few convenience store around this hotel as well.

the hotel was disapppointing - it was dirty and the shower was toxic! on our whole trip we stayed at agoda hotels and they were great but this certainly did not reach a reasonable standard!

The room was quite small but it was ok for us. But the elevator had a very bad smell. My husband stopped breathing whenever he got inside.

Good Location in the heart of Chinatown.

Overall stay was ok. Aircond was not so cold and bathroom cleanliness can be improved. Other than that, there's not much issue.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
In the heart of chinatown, where you can find all fake goods, nice foods. but please beware, alwasy negociate for the price. some shop assistant and nuts. they 'chopped' the tourist like the tourist are idiot.

location; great street food; attractive room

This was our 2nd time around at this hotel, and 2 yrs later it's a worn. Helpful staff w/good English, street market for tourists & locals right outside, lots of eats around, convenient to the metro station. Plenty of hot water & strong, glass-walled shower. No phones, but electric kettle & coffee mix provided.

It's not my first time there. It's always been pleasant however this time is my most unpleasant stay.
Experience:
1. There is cockroach in the room when i enter the room. It seems everyday there is at least one cockroach to kill. Cockroach appear more than once.
2. Aircon don't seems to be working, after 2 hours room still as stuffy. Complain before i went out and was settled when i back.
3. Bed sheets have stains and looks dirty
4. Had inform the hotel i be checking out 6pm and they collected money from me. On the very day, want to kick us out at 4pm. CSO never make an effort to help us despite my 4 day stay. Just wanted to kick us out and start selling the room.
5. 6pm reach and was dressing up my son and the CSO want to chase us out saying times up and actually should be 4pm check out. When reaching the lift another CSO want to come and kick us out.
6. When inform them about the cockroach they ask me whether it's big or small. Please FYI, big is cockroach then what you name the small ones? The issue it's the cleanliness and not about the cockroach.
7. After being more established, they are no longer humble and had changed from customer service orientated to commercial. And i do mean VERY COMMERCIALISED.
