chinatown boutique hotel is located in the heart of chinatown. the thing what I liked about this hotel is that when you go out, you wont get hungry as there are food stalls everywhere....but the rooms are small though, anyhow it was manageable for me and my wife. staff was friendly as well.

Loved until I found bedbugs
5.7
When I first saw the room, I really loved it. The design was sleek and unique. What you got for the low price - nice, modern bathroom, TV and water kettle, wifi in the room - were fantastic. I also was very happy with the location, but then on my second night, I discovered my mattress had bedbugs.
Shopping Tip:
Check out the Peter Hoe Evolution shop nearby for batik and home decor. Great shop and sales staff.

Fantastic location in Petaling Street Chinatown
8.7
Nice hotel rm but a little bit small for family with young children. Otherwise the location is fantastic
Shopping Tip:
Found out that you will get what you want in terms of yr bargain price if you are the very 1st customer when the stalls open in the morning in Chinatown

nice interior.
Fresh and modern interior.
6.3
New and well maintained. Nice modern interior relax atmosphere. Small room and compact shower facility but, functional and well laid out. The rooms meets with the boutique hotel ratings but not the surrounding area. Pictures on the web are as good as the real thing. Room standard is good considering you are in Old China Town.

we. stayed in family deluxe. three single beds. value for money. chinatown at footstep. great place for food and shopping. room and bathroom clean and neat. a bit small but ok for me and my three children. not difficult to park car, too. Multi storey carpark just nearby. Only disadvantage is there are no windows in room.

Boutique Hotel
Relatively new so things still work
5.7
Blood stains on the quilt cover, bed bugs, hair on the floor, urine and hair on the toilet. Staff are friendly but cleaning is very slapdash. Good location if you want to be close to the chaos of Chinatown.
Shopping Tip:
Street stalls quote 3 or 4 times their bottom price to tourists. Better shopping at permanent shops. Excellent dining south on Jalan Sultan.

Good
Very clean room and bathroom. Good service at the reception. Great location and hability to isolate the guest from the heat and noise of Chinatown. Excellent wi-fi connection.

I liked the hotel, and everything seemed really nice, modern and clean. However, I did not like the fact that I could only watch HBO (that, during the same day, repeated all movies twice) and ESPN (though instead of showing the Roland Garros final, showed some baseball match). I stayed there as a final stop in my trip through Asia, and I really wanted to rest, which I did, but the TV offer was poor. I do have to mention the great wi fi connection that the hotel offers. Overall, it was a good experience.
Shopping Tip:
Chinatown's street market, of course.

I had a pleasant time at the hotel and it was my 2nd stay there. However, do remember to ask for the aircon remote at the reception.

Great modern oasis in Chinatown
Clean modern rooms and bathrooms. free strong wireless. Good aircon.
7.7
I loved this hotel enough that I booked an extra day the moment after I checked in. Its a cute, modern hotel with individually decorated rooms. Some have smaller rooms than others but the cleanliness and comfort of the room more than make up for it. I would most definitely stay here again.
Its off of a major road, near many restaurants, markets for travel necessities and on the edge of the Chinatown night market so its always busy around and easy to find late night food. No restaurant of their own but they were steps from all the food of chinatown, both tourist restaurants and hawker stalls.

Comfortable and convenient hotel
The hotel is clean, nice and comfortable with free Wifi.
8.3
The decoration of the hotel is nice. The staff is helpful. The location of the hotel is convenient where there are many restaurants and shops nearby and just about 8 minutes from Pasar Seni LRT station. Be aware that the puduraya long distance station is under renovation. The temporaray station is quite far away.
Travel tip:
The puduraya long distance station is under renovation. The temporary station is quite far away. But there is a shuttle bus at puduraya to connect to the temporary station for about 25 minutes.
