positive:
this hotel a very good location. about 2 minutes walking to stesen lrt masjid jamek.
we can find many restaurant that selling hallal food around the hotel.
breakfast menu we got also great. there are fried rice, bread, porridge, etc.
negative:
but their room is very small. it just left a small space for shalat. the bathroom is also have a small space but it's clean n comfort.

Convenient location but poor service

2 facts:-
1) The water outlet of the basin is partially blocked so that the water flow is slow.
2) We stayed there for 4 nights but they only made up the room once after I requested them to make it up 3 times.

"Great location but small rooms"
Like: Clean room and bathroom, nice breakfast, near LRT(3-5mins)

Had good average good stay. Room small but clean and nice. Good shopping stall area, and near to LRT, fast and easy access to KL Sentral Station, which is the central transport station to other places. Only not happy with the entrance area of the hotel, which is completely blocked by stalls, and it will take a while to search for 1st time guest like me. There should be more, bigger and clear sign boards in further outside area near to main roadside for easier search of the hotel. Also, the way to entrance is deserted and dangerous at night especially for single guest. Recommend to have security at the outside area to take care of the way from the road to the hotel entrance for a more secure feeling of guests.

No rooms available during afternoon check-in though we've made reservation and paid earlier. No rooms again during the 2nd check-in at late evening. Small rooms with warm aircond. Overall, not satisfied with the stay.

I didn't check in due no access for disable people who use wheel chair. Travel with me and family was my mother inlaw using wheel chair. I didn't get the refund.

if we need an extra bag/clothings, just step outside and buy it in the market in front of the hotel

We arrived in the afternoon and the staff checked us in immediately. We're very surprised with the size of the room, cause it's very small, but luckily it still has some space to put our bags. It's located near a small local restaurant which sells nasi briyani, tea tarik & roti canai, so it's easy to get some food (cause the room service in the hotel closed at night). Water dispenser is served in front of the lift, so everyone could get some hot/cold water anytime.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Close to Suria KLCC, we'll just have to take a taxi costs RM 9, and very close to Mesjid Jamek LRT to go around the city...
