Positive:
1.I'm not sure how this hotel deserves a 3 star rating, other than the fact they serve a buffett breakfast but I really can't find any positives except for the location would be good for those interested in historic malaysian buildings and it's close walking distance to the subway and in a good location to see other city attractions.
Negatives:
1. The rooms are very small, and at least my room did not have a table. Only a bed (which had stained sheets)and one end table. Not even much space for our luggage. The bathroom seemed quite big compared to the room itself though.
2. In order to enter the hotel, you have to walk through vending tents. Actually, if you look straight out from the hotel's main entrance, the first thing that sticks out is all the vending tents and sacks of garbage piled up.
3. One day they did not clean my room despite the fact that I asked them to as I left the grounds. After advising them, they did not seem very apologetic. Actually, the security guard and one front desk person was friendly but a few of the other staff members did not seem so inviting.

there are two citin hotel one in bukit bintang and second is in citin masjid jamek where it is very near in lrt station and the station is masjid jamek station.we are in the masjid jamek located but it can take 10 to 15 minutes going to bukit bintang where it is the center of malaysia. our room (we're two in room) is very nice and clean and everything is well functional. but the other room where my friends located has small room because it is located on the side of the building and their room's door in not function well. you have to pray before you open the door because it cant easily open and when you are inside it is clean but too small because it was locate at the side of the building even their volt where they can put their important things is not function also. but the front desk assist us very well. thank you so muc
Travel tip:
you can also went to singapore thru bus. ask the receptionist how. travel to singapore would take 6 hours so wake up early so you will consume alot of time to tour in singapore.

I stayed with family during Hari Raya Aidilfitri to pay visits to may relatives in Kuala Lumpur. I choosed this hotel because of it's rate value for money, cleanliness and strategic location. I enjoyed the lively night life at it's surrounding, accessible public transport, food amenities and easy access to look for daily use necessities.The service from staff ware also good and warmth.
Shopping Tip:
A lot of shopping arcades and shopping malls nearby.

THe hotel is hard to find. Stayed there for two nights, receptionists never gave you a smile, and very ruda. Also, stayed there for two nights and room was never cleaned up. Rang housekeeping for many times, and never had anyone picked up the phone. WOnt recommend!!

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The location is good, close to LRT station. However the mospue is right next to my room, start praying very loudly from early in the morning so that I couldn't get enough sleep. Went out before noon and came back around 9pm but the room hadn't been cleaned at all. Will never stay there again.

This hotel is definitely not suitable if you need Internet in the room. The connection is very bad and the wi-fi often turns off.
