A worth budget stay
It is located strategically with lots of food and shopping. Accessible to public transport and security keeps us safe as lobby entrance is closed after midnight.
I basically stayed there for sleeping only as most of the daytime we shop around a lot. Breakfast buffet was decent but coffee ran out quite fast and they don't refill. Overall, great for budget travellers.

Awesome and fantastic
Clean, comfortable and pleasant
They stay in Citin Masjid Jamek Hotel was good. It is just 2 mins walk to the lrt station which is the plus point of this hotel. The hotel room is spacious for two person in a room. The only problem of the room was it is not soundproof as we can hear other guest talking loudly in the middle of the night. The breakfast was good and the stay was value for money! I recommend all the backpackers to stay in this hotel.

Location, value for price and close to public transport
My Check -in experience on a Thursday at 3pm was bad experience. It was slow and queue was long as there are not many staff manning the reception. Need to wait in line for 10 minutes to be first entertained, then another 10 minutes to enquire my room preference, then another 1 1/2 hours to confirm my room no. because the room is not ready. I suffered bed bugs biting on first night and woke up at 12am because of the bite itchiness and noise from neighbor. Suffered more bed bugs bite on 3rd night but the surrounding was quite. Didn't have good sleep because of that. Air-condition and shower water supply worked perfectly fine and amenities are adequately good. Breakfast was on average good. Staff were courteous but they were really overworked and appeared tired.

accesibility & affordable
The good thing is the hotel is at a shopping and eating area with LRT nearby. For those driving have to come super early to park in public car-park and hotel staff does not entertain early check-in nor any special request. If you don't mind on the mosquito, noisy bathroom toilet fan and bad TV reception, the room is excellent. The have a stinky common lobby toilet at L1 to appreciate the room toilet. And the housekeeping is superb in entering your room without your presence or even asking.

Great location for shopping and seeing Kuala Lumpu
Location, excellent value, very comfortable
Two of us were attending a conference in Kuala Lumpur and decided to stay here--it was 5min from public transport and an easy commute to the convention center, airport, a variety of good restaurants and interesting sights. We had a great time based there! The daily breakfast was convenient and good, too. The room was bright and good sized and ceiling high, and the view of the mosque next door pleasant. It was a great value! I would return next time I want to stay in KL.

Near LRT Location
Great locatiob not so far to get LRT masjid Jamek Staion
easy to find food here and near to LRT Station staff at check in counter were not friendly she were like on bad mood and emo and always complain abount things about something infront of customer its totally unprofessional , if u have problems dont make face and attitude infront of customer its bad, this happens during my check in , i also notice there were no staff always at the front check in counter the staff always chat out side and pll waiting them at the counter,inside roomm got menu stated 9.am can order , so i just woke up at 9:30am and call want to order nasi goreng for my wife and me , then the men reply with slumber , come down and eat , and cannot order by phone at this time , again i know people are staying here are because its near to LRT so dont take this advantage by giving a bad service kindly improve your staff attitude dont mix personal with work tq
