Great locations but small rooms

1) The room we got was very small (I would say tiny). We have never stayed in a smaller room in our life.
2) No windows on the 8th floor. If the lights were turned off, it was pitch dark. It also makes the room a bit suffocating.
3) Just one receptionist lady to man the counter. She was multi-tasking (answering phone-calls, forwarding calls, entering data into computers, calling and checking room-services, preparing time logs, etc.). We had to wait 15 minutes just to check-in. She was working fast but had too many things to do.
4) The wash-basin plug was permanently plugged, which was a problem on the first day. We could not un-plg that and the water was stagnant on the 1st day.
5) No change of towels or sheets or any other accessories/complementary articles for the 4 days we stayed there.
6) No free water in the rooms. No refrigirator. But we had the option to fill cold water into our jugs from water cooler installed on all the floor coridoors.
7) Nice friendly staff.
8) Complementary breakfast was OK. But lacked choice of beverages and snacks.
9) We thought that this was a 1 star hotel.

staff very good. i was there for night travel. very hard to find this hotel. by using gps it could be help. i hope the hotel management will provide the coordinate number for guest to find the hotel

great location,small room and difficult to find parking

hotel location is great but there is no parking area. guest have to find parking at public parking area that always full. have to wait about 2 hour to check-in due to many quest but attanded by one staff.

Worth the money, easy access to LRT station. Clean room and friendly staff who provided me a welcome drink at reception. Check-in took quite a long time, an area to improve. Overall was good.

Decent comfort and location
More than just toast and jam for brekki (though mostly local), clean and comfy at this price, good service (on demand though)

We had three days in KL and stayed the nights here. With a well equiped and clean room with working ac we were glad to recover from the heat and air outside. With public transport and a few restaurants (mainly good indian food) around and in walking distance to china town it's got a good location. Noise from the Mosque (nice to look at especially at night) and little children next door were a little disturbing at night/5am for us but not a real problem.
Two of the staff were really helpful some others not so much.
Restaurant Tip:
Sangeetha, good indian food around the corner.
