Lovely hotel room that we miss alot
small but cozy and beautiful room, large and very nice bathroom, clean, good location

the stay at citin was really lovely that we still miss the hotel room. even though the room was small, the room was very cozy, colorful and feels like home. the bathroom is big and very nice. hotel itself is very clean and they had excellent local food for breakfast. since the hotel is in a very good location, it was very easy to go to all the main areas of kl. the staff in the hotel were very nice and helpful specially the concierge indian guy with the turban. i would really recommend this hotel to anyone and i sure will stay in citin if i come back to kl.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Since the hotel is in a very strategic location and 5 mins away from the LRT, it could save you a lot of transport money. Do not use KL cab as most of them always try not to use the cab meter

Is near a mosque, so 5:30 in the morning you will hear the prays.
The wall are made from paper, you hear everything.
The rooms has no window.
The neighborhood is a bit risky at night

Great Location But Poor Service

The service is very poor. The front counter service is not interested to answer your queries and they will leave you hanging with your questions; instead choosing to pick up the phone.
I do understand that it is a budget hotel but you really do not have to be so rude. Did not enjoy my stay at all!

Dirty room and unsafe location

Bad hotel location in the middle of bazaar with noisy and unsafe environment. No proper parking provided for hotel guest make it really unsafe for guests who come with own transportation. Hard to find proper restaurant nearby hotel except a few fast food outlets. Room was dirty especially the carpet not properly vacuumed with rubbish and hair. Shower hose was broken and door was very tight to close.
