The room is ok for budget travelers. The most of staff are very nice, especially the security people standing in the hall. Only one woman-staff in front desk let us so disappointed. She is middle age looking and no any smile with most of customers exclusive of western foreigners. She is on duty around 1:00PM-2:00PM on August 24. And also, she would not like to answer the customers' questions instead of taking several private long calls in front of the customers who want to ask some information. she just rang off till customers can't wait her to leave hotel. In the morning, I have paid deposit and directly came to front desk and told her that I will late check-out but she didn't remind me to update my door key. As a result, I had to return to front desk to find her and wait 10 minutes for her long call after reaching the 10th level from outside in my tired afternoon. She never appologized to me for her actions. The last, she refused to issue the billing for me because I booked hotel from Agoda. However, the other staff helped me do so. Who tell me why?
Citin is located at the convenience location which let us easily transfer from KL to KLIA, LCCT,Melaka and many places in KL.
The staff need to be trained the basic information to help customers. They told me that there is no shuttle bus to airport and only to KL sentral to do but I found them in the Puduraya station and just took me five minutes.
- Restaurant Tip : There are many choices for different cheap and delicious meal in China Town.

I was looking for a budget hotel and that's what I got. After staying in gorgeous boutique hotels in Bali for $65 a night, I expected a bit more for the $37 I paid, but obviously KL is a lot more expensive. The hotel was about the cheapest I could find online in a central location. I had been warned about security of storing bags, but did not encounter a problem. The hotel was very basic, but did the trick for one night to catch some sleep, grab a meal, and store my bags while I explored the city.
Great price, nice cafe, good location, clean enough.
Rooms are small, simple, charmless, and the TV gets one channel.
- Hotel Feature Tip : Free internet in cafe

The staff were friendly. It is in Chinatown and the bus station is right across the street. Travel by bus in Malaysia is the best way to go. It is comfortable and cheap.
I had a spartan but clean room. It is a 2 stars hotel vice 3 as advertised.
- Travel tip : The bus station is right across the street.

Excellent location, just next to the bus terminal for buses to other cities in Malaysia and Singapore. Or bus from Malaka just stopped right in front of the hotel. It is a only 10 miniutes walk to Chinatown and Central Market. The Star LRT Plaza Rakaya is just opposite the hotel and is only 5 miniutes to the station. Buffet breakfast is OK. Room is nice. clean and comfortable.

The staff member was a bit cool, a bit unfriendly.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Go to Chinatown for night street food stalls and Central Market for Malyasian souvenirs.

The citin hotel in KL was ok for the price we paid. It was convenient to walk to China town, About a 10 min walk to the nearest MRT station and an easy walk to Bukit Bintang and the local shops and bars. The area below the hotel was quite hectic with the bus station on the door step although this was convenient for taking luggage across the road, it was quite noisy early eveing anf in the morning if you required a lye in! All in all ok for the cheap price. Not suitable for families or those who want any luxury though. More geared for the budget traveller and a ahort stop over in KL.
Near Bus Station and China Town and the shops. All walking distance. Water availiable
Slightly old, No breakfast.
- Shopping Tip : BB Plaza and other shops within a 10 min walk

It's very helpful for a traveler to know the bus and the train lines in KL, because the taxi fares (without the taximeter)are very expensive.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : If you want to go to Genting Highland, just take the bus in front of the hotel, but try to avoid the broker.
Not Failed...but it wasn't great

Its okay for its price you would of expect a shower door and eatable food. If you can handle fast food for breakfast, lunch and dinner and your only staying for 1 night
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : China Town and Town Square shopping center

It is very close to Petaling street (China town local market). If you have time in the evening, its a good place to look around.
- Shopping Tip : Go to Mydin for shopping - it is cheaper than 7/11.
