Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Excellent rooms and wonderful friendly service
Excellent rooms with wonderful friendly service.
No hassles at all and staff were always ready to assist.
Just near monorail station for cheap quick transport.
Room was clean and spacious. Meals were excellent.
We can thoroughly recommend this hotel for anyone staying in KL.
Only heard a little bit of noise in the room at night from outside.

Clean rooms, Security Card Access to lifts
Hot water supply and maintenance crew
We were a regular at Cititel Express having stayed there two times previously. This is the first time we stayed in the Deluxe Room. The room is a lot more spacious than the Superior, great if you need to put in an extra bed but other than that, if you only have two people a superior would have been fine.
For the first time this stay was problematic for me. First of all the hot water.. err.. more like warm water showers weren't working. First call to the maintenance man said that this was normal, that it was already hot. No service was done. Second call to the maintenance man was helpful. He turned up the central heater and the hot water was back to normal. Never let them tell you that warm water = hot water.
Anyway, besides that service was ok, rooms were clean and liked that they have an iron put outside for you to use.

Nice hotel. Reasonably low price. Big room with clean condition (deluxe room). Staff performance was good. No free internet. Wireless internet costs RM 12 for 1 hour or RM 20 for 24 hours. About 5 minutes walk to Chowkit monorail station. Breakfast not included with agoda room reservation (can purchase there). Easy to get taxi.
