The hotel is connected to a large mall making it very convienent for shopping.
The hotel is situated in a perfect location for business and pleasure with shopping mall close by for all your shopping needs. Rooms are quite small but the hotel services are adequate.

Limited car park space and small toilet
The hotel location is excellent which is located beside the Maga Mall. Having a good range of breakfast selection in the hotel, they also have vegetarian corner! This is very considerate for those Vegan. Pretty croweded hotel but the parking space it insufficient, had a hard time to locate a parking lot in the hotel premisses. The toilet is very very small, the bathing area is just nice for you to stand still, it knock on the wall/glass whenever I soap myself , can't imagine for a bigger size human than me taking a shower in it.

Conveniently link to the shopping mall. Room comfortable, clean and tidy. Very well maintain. Front counter stay are friendly and smiley. Shopping under one roof.
Toilet is quite small, luckily we are small built. Bed room slipper one 1 pair for twin sharing.
Overall stay at Citidel Mid Valley was pleasant. Conveniently located just above the shopping mall and can get everything under one roof. However, other then this shopping mall, we have to take a taxi to other shopping centres. If it is for a night or two stay, Mid Valley is idea.
