Great Location

We booked for two rooms (Superior and Deluxe room). The Deluxe room is big, can stay about 4 to 6 persons. The room services are good and clean.
Bedroom door a bit hard to access when inserted the card. Need to try a few times to entrance the room
Shopping Tip:
The location is good. 0 minute to Mid Valley, and 5 mins walk to KTM.

I have stayed in this hotel couple of times and my stay was pleasant. The hotel is located in a very strategic location called the Mid Valley Shopping Mall and you can find many ways to spend your time over the weekend. I was also well received by the front desk staff who was professional and helpful in having my room ready and made my check-in more pleasant after my 17 hours flight from Canada. My room was spacious, clean and well maintained, the queen size bed was comfortable and had a great housekeeping staff who had my room done up well each time I returned to my room after a long busy day.

everytime i bring my eldest daughter out for weekend from college, she would only want one thing,,,shopping! what better place to stay other than cititel mid valley located right next to the very famous mid valley shopping mall? in fact, to go to the mall, u just have to walk across a connecting door! thats it! from a hotel, to a shopping mall. she hardly stays in the room of course, but it seems like this is her favourite hotel!

The room is clean and spacious. There are many people selling food around. The location is near with transportation so we can go to other places easily. I recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Kuala Lumpur. Bukit bintang is quite crowded. So i choose mid valley when i go to Kuala Lumpur

we had a great stay. the size of the room was just right. the location was extremely convenient for us to shop for a variety of things, a huge choice of food, gifts and etc. the room was clean when we arrived and the service was great. the hotel was also convenient as it made us convenient to walk or travel elsewhere to other nearby malls.

The breakfast may not have a wide variety but its yummy. Taking a cab from the hotel is safe and at a reasonable price. The hotel has a Chinese restaurant (i-Dragon)on the first floor that serves great food!
Shopping Tip:
The hotel is linked to Mid Valley Megamall, a shopping haven with AEON(Jusco) and Metrojaya as its main anchor.
