the hotel location was very strategic.there is very convience because it accessable to mid valley megamall...i like it.the services also very good. one thing that i would like to comment is the limited parking. hopefully the hotel management will increased the parking lot in further. thank you.

Mega Shppping mall next to it. East access to Highway if u drive.

Will stay again in next trip to KL. Because its location is easy to find even if u drive ot no drive. BIG MEGA MAll is good for shppoing and lots of restaurant to choose to eat. Value for money.
Shopping Tip:
Shppoing and Night life is GREAT. All walking distance Mid valley or Robonson towers block.

Limited facilities, limited wifi usage

Was very excited bout their jacuzzi and spa before arrival, then found out later they only serve men. Wifi is free but limited to one device per room at one time, it's ok if you are traveling alone otherwise you will need to pay Rm30 for the second password. So it's not really free wifi, they should have stated this in their website. Staffs are friendly. We have been there for 10 days, 70% of the staffs actually smiled n greeted us when we walked by. Hotel room is clean. however, weird smell on face towels 6 out of 10 days. It's advisable to bring ur own shampoo and shower gel as the only type of body gel/shampoo they provided has a cheap smell. Overall, it's ok if you only need a place to stay and traveling alone.
Shopping Tip:
Kenanga wholesale city which is ard Rm8 taxi fare from mid valley is a shopping place worth going if you like places like sg. Wang. They sell a lot of cheap goods there.

Things are considered best except for the limited parking lot (below) & best of all hotel customer are not allowed to park in front of hotel_just for jockey park.
