Great location but small room but is ok.

Convenience to get taxi to anywhere and easy to get food. Many shop for you shop whatever you want.
Restaurant Tip:
Good Restaurant around there and you feel great after tired walking around the shopping just go up and take a rest and come down again. Sooooooooooooo convenience.

good location & improvement except the bathroom

The bed is comfortable, but the fridge is too noisey. I have to switched off the fridge to sleep. The bathroom is small and hot water is not hot enough, inorder to bathe with hot water i have to let the water run for afew minutes. Bathroom is old and dark, small & miserable.

It is a conveniently located hotel within shopping mall. Further Wifi and breakfast are provided. As it is within shopping mall, when I return to hotel late, I can find place for dinner at around 9pm.

The deluxe room is spacious, clean. the staffs are very helpful. Good taxi queuing management and always mark down taxi number for guest, feel so secure. WiFi is good but limited to one device at a time. View from working desk is nice. Aircond duct is noisy, something is loosen causing air hammer in 5~10 min. interval, complained and maintenance crew responded fast and get to fix, but the second reoccurs again in mid night toward early morning, just not to bother as we are leaving in the next morning.
Restaurant Tip:
There are good restaurants at GF corridor between Mid valley Mall and Garden Mall.

I needed an accommodation located nearby KL sentral as I had to leave early from KL sentral to Ipoh.
Cititel is just located minutes away and centrally located nearby the largest shopping complex, good food and restaurants .
Room is a bit cramp but still Ok for a short stay.
Shopping Tip:
Great shopping centre just walking distance from the hotel
