Clean anf efficient valet service.
Location is great as it is near to KL Sentral, as transport in KL can be a problem.

Check-in and out was a breeze, just present your voucher. They even have an Express check-out where you just fill in a short form, drop it together with your key at the counter and you are done!Great shopping just "next door".

The hotel was good with excellent service but let down by very poor internet service. Internet either does not work or is extremely slow. If you need internet access do not use this hotel. As a business traveller the quality of internet service alone makes me steer away from this hotel. Shame as all the other features are very good.

Very pleasant stay. The Location is fantastic. Easy to get a cab. The staff are very helpful. It is easy to commute to KL Sentral via KTM.
The room was clean and comfy enough although they could have provided better toiletries. The safe is useful. TV is rather old.

Mid Valley has almost everything.

The hotel is convenientley located in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. The rooms are spacious and well equipped although a little run down. If you are a power shopper this hotel brings you right there as there is 2 huge shopping mall adjacent to the hotel. The breakfast is so-so. Rates for the rooms are reasonable. Would stay there again.

Very near shopping, accessible to all transportation. Even airport bus stop is just few steps away from the hotel. Excellent location, close to most attractions. Many food restaurant and cafes close by. Easily located with the help of map. I love this hotel with the staff were lovely and helpful.
Restaurant Tip:
You can find the restaurant and cafes once you step out the hotel. It is really convenient.

cititel mid valley is always a great choice for business while families & friends would also enjoy the great & strategic location yet a superb shopping experience with high at the gardens, where mid & versatile at the central, north & south court. with the new parking systems which is much more user friendly to the hotel guess & business partners are highly recommended. more of this type of user friendly facilities will be highly recommended & appreciated!.
