Great location but small rooms
The hotel is next too two very big Malls and kind and professional staff.

Though the rooms are a little smaller than we expected, they were very clean and comfortable. I would not hesitate to go and stay there again. Very convenient location and plenty of restaurant and stores to go to.

We took a deluxe room, so it will be easier for us to bathe our kids in the bath tub. The room also was spacious. When we first got to the room, my impression is the room and its bathroom was really clean and the ambient was really welcoming. Even before we stepped into our room, we bumped to the housekeeping lady who right away asked us, if we need any assistance. She is very pleased. The food served during breakfast was okay, however, the management could try to serve more salads and variety of fruits.
The hotel location was just steps away from the shopping mall, so there was not a problem to get foods for lunch and dinner.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The hotel does not have a swimming pool, however, guests has the option to swim at the swimming pool at the nearby hotel (with a fee).

Great location attached with Mid Valleys big mall

this hotel becomes my first priority when i stay in kl. the location is easy to reach connected to the train station and mid valley big mall. the room is so so; but the clinelines is so far so good. the internet connection is free at room but sometimes up n down. the breakfast is just so so. but the mall offers more. the hotel staff is helpful and friendly.
Shopping Tip:
Easily to move around KL since connected to the Mid Valley train station and the hotel itself located inside the mega mall.

All the hotel staffs are very well mannered. Housekeeping is very responsive to our calls. However, the room is rather old and small, and the presence of dusty smell make us a little bit uncomfortable.

when you need a break, whatever the reason it may be, cititel mid valley maybe the answer. it is quite relaxing staying within a shopping center where there are numerous types of stores and restaurants to cater for different lifestyles. at times, the center have special promotions which attract a great deal of people. a car space is very handy during this time.

this hotel has good location but small rooms.the bathroom is very small, i couldnot move easily.the room is dusty, please ask room after renovation. we could check -in and check- out quickly.but my keycard couldnot use at the second days.it took 25 minutes to arrange it. if prices is still the same, i prefer to go to another hotel around cititel like boulevard hotel.
Restaurant Tip:
I like i-dragon restaurant , in front of lobby hotel (chinese foods). You can try hotplate seafood fried rice, vegetables with garlic,homemade soya bean, etc.
