Small but adequate

Compared to the Boulevard, this is a more budget hotel. Size is much smaller and room facilities is just about adequate. The good thing is it comes with free Wifi. For a shopping trip and only used for sleeping, the Cititel is good enough.
Restaurant Tip:
The Gardens has a nice Korean BBQ restaurant on the 3rd or 4th floor. Great food. The staff helps you do the bbq if you do not want to dirty your hands.

I Was staying Cititel for 2 nights as for leisure purposes. Overall good! the standard room just nice for 2 persons. Toilet clean and I like the standing Shower. View from the hotel room is nice as you can see the KL city view.
Directly linked to mid valley shopping mall, the gardens mall. good for those who like to shop and with kids.
Will recommend to others for sure. Will consider to stay here for next trip come back to KL!

Great location with easy access to Mega mall
Prime area with reasonable hotel rate, free parking

Good value for money considering the location are prime area. Just next to the Mid Valley Mega mall and walking distance to The Garden. Also reachbale via public transport.

Hotel with parking problems

we had arrived on a saturday and also in the midst of the school holiday. there was a bad traffic jam on the road leading to the mid valley shopping area. we entered the cat park and had problem getting a space as there was also a traffic jam in the carpark. finally out of frustration we parked the car in a nearby neighbor hood and took a cab to the hotel to check in. we later found out tat there was a pc show at the mid valley mall hence the bad traficjam.
the receptionist was very friendly at the check in counter and we didn't take long to check in at about 5pm. however we were kept waiting for our room to be cleaned for about 10 minutes upon reaching our room. the superior room is rather spacious although i have heard from my friend who stayed here many years saying that the room is rather small. there was a cordless kettle, empty mini fridge . a safe and some beverages. the bath room does not have a bath tub.
like the convenience of the hotel as it is next to a shopping mall. i tried the massage services on the ground floor and paid rm105 for one hour foot massage and half hour back massage. i was there until 1.15am even though the centre suppose to close at 12am

Unlimited shopping place next building . Only constraint is time and money

Always good to stay in this hotel. The rooms are clean and with a lovely view of the Petronas Tower... Finally, they've got a free wifi in the room which is important for frequent business travelers.

You find the best shopping places, whether you are on for a bargain or a high end shopping. They've got it all!

Clean beds, nice and friendly hotel staff. Efficient housekeeping staff and helpful telephone operators. Good location as the mall is right beside the hotel and has many restaurants, cafes and departmental stalls. Easy access to the city such as KLCC.
