Okay hotel for a short stay
The shopping mall is down stairs and a good get away

I stayed there during a sports tour. The receptionist, a lady, was flat out rude and did not even answer my questions and quickly turned to another group. The hotel was okay other than that. Just a mediocre stay.

Subarashi Location! No problem with small rooms
just exactly at the one of the biggest mall in kl! love the vibes

its good, wake up, take a bath, go to the mall, shopping, put the stuffs into the room, go back shopping again, put the stuffs into the room again, watching midnight cinema, just walk back to hotel room and sleep. dont forget to eat.
easily found the taxi, just walk a few meters to reach the railway station, it's a very strategic place for holiday.
Shopping Tip:
visit uniqlo!~

Mid valley Shopping center

First time staying in cititel, stay for a night. Great hotel, situated right in mid valley shopping center, great if you travelling with family. Lots of food choices and pub as well.
Definitley will stay here again. Only thing bad is if you are driving, it can be quite challenging getting out of mid valley area.

Definitley will stay here again. Only thing bad is if you are driving, it can be quite challenging getting out of mid valley area. Best to choose the Deluxe room.

This is our first time deal with agoda.We were given a lower floor room facing/viewing an ugly sight of roof. Perhaps if we book direct to the Hotel, may be they will give us a room with a good view.

Its actuaaally very convenient to stay at cititel as the hotel located just beside a huge shopping mall, that is Midvalley. However, the rooms are not as expected, it is really small and expensive. Maybe because of the strategic location, however, i really do love the location as i love to shopping as well as watch midnight shows
