Great Location

Hotel stay is great. But the room services food not very nice. Reception counter service is good too, service with a smile.
Nightlife Tip:
Taking the cab to the KL zouk is just a few min distance. DO NOT arrange for any limo to there. As they will quote high price. You can just pick up any taxi from the street to there.

Great stay. But room abit small and toilet too. If you a non-smoker please op for a non-smoking room as they will always fall in smoking room.

good location and cheapest of the three hotels available at mid-valley megamall complex. Very convenient to shopping mall at mid-valley megamall and the gardens shopping mall. plenty of food outlets too

Perfect hotel

We enjoyed our stay at Cititel. The room was clean and compact. Though it would have been better if we were given a double bed instead of two single beds. The staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful. Food, cinema and everything else is within walking distance as the hotel is joint to Mid Valley Megamall. We will definitely be back. :)

The room is not so big but still cozy and the location is excellent.the hotel staff are all very nice and the service is pretty good.will come back and stay here again next trip.

Only problem encountered was the excruciating slow check-in counter. The check-out did not fair any better, hopefully it is not a hotel policy to get patrons standing for a minimum amount of time. One particular parking attendant was extremely helpful though.

Just like 3 star hotel. Great location to shop in mid valley; but terrible traffic congestion when you need to drive in and out of the hotel when the complex closes and on weekend.

location is very convenient, it is very close to all shopping malls, banks tellers, supermarket and restaurants. it is about ten minutes of walk to the mega mall.
room: it was very clean but small room. this is my fifth time staying here it was well situated with all necessary amenities.
breakfast: it was a hearty spread with quite a lot variety for breakfast meal.
service: the hotel staffs are all very friendly, helpful and very informative.
overall: well overall satisfactory in view of location and friendly staff.
Restaurant Tip:
Very Good restaurants within the malls itself. There is no need to dine in the hotel or travel out.

Good Location but with bad traffic

This was the second time I stayed in this hotel. Good service, location, but the traffic is extremely busy & hard to move around sometimes. But overall good for especially families with children, or those not driving.
